The Box Two 60 TPI Wire Bead BMX Tire was created for riders wanting the win. An extremely lightweight tire was created by use of Box's skin wall design and a 60 TPI casing that uses as much rubber displacing nylon as possible.
Not only does this reduce weight, but it also reduces drag while increasing traction. A BMX race specific tread is employed featuring a center band aiding in speed and traction as well as knobbies on the sides for high grip in the corners. Pretty awesome so far? Well Box wasn't quite finished yet. The tire is comprised of a mixture of different compounds in various areas with the tread featuring a higher silica content reducing the overall weight even more.
